RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS POLICY

At Thorn & Thunder Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not, our return policy is designed to make the process as straightforward as possible.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to return an item we are happy to discuss an exchange up to 30 days from receipt of your order provided the item* is unworn, in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for any postage fees incurred when returning items and receiving the replacement item requested.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

We regret that, in compliance with the current UK Health and Hygiene regulations, we cannot accept the return of pierced items such as earrings or piercings. This does not affect your statutory rights.

RETURNS

You have the right to return* your online order if you are unhappy with it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. Please note that Thorn & Thunder Jewellery does not refund postage and packaging charges, or any taxes and duties payable outside the EU.

For returns outside the UK, please ensure the package is clearly marked as 'Returned Goods' to avoid additional duties and clearance charges when it is returned to the UK. Any costs incurred by Thorn & Thunder to receive goods back will be deducted from the customer's final refund total.

In the interest of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued using the same method by which you made the original payment, within 14 days of receiving the return. Please note that refunds are only processed during business hours, Monday - Friday.

SALE ITEMS: We do not accept returns on sale jewellery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

FAULTY GOODS RETURNS

You are entitled to a full refund on any faulty goods within 30 days of purchase. If you return a faulty item after this date and within a reasonable time frame, you will be entitled to a repair or exchange on your item.

RETURNS POSTAGE COSTS

Postage costs of sending any product back to us fall with the customer.
